Why I changed my driving instructor

A have a friend whose name is Rob. Since we were children, he has always boasted of his father who worked as a driving instructor. He said his father"s students almost always passed their theory tests as well as practical driving tests the first time round. Rob also said his father had been teaching him to drive since he was five years old. I never really believed in what he said. Another topic was the driving school that Rob"s father owned. It was a very popular school, probably the most renowned driving centre in the city. We live in a big city but people from far districts and even nearby towns often came to here to be taught by Rob"s father. When I turned eighteen, I decided to enrol on a basic driving course at his school, too. The classes were interesting and I learned a lot, but I must say I didn"t like the teaching methods Rob"s father offered. He was a kind of person who got irritated very easily and he also criticised me a lot. I was a slow learner when it came to driving, but he didn"t seem to accept that. He was simply too impatient. I finally decided to change my driving instructor. My new instructor was a young woman, very nice, patient, and to be honest, quite attractive. I passed my exams the first time round!
